This philosophy has guided us through many successful years of personalizing books. I learned to read my name from the personalized Easter letters ordered by my Grandmother and sent to me in the mail. For my niece and nephew (now a teenager and a young adult) and now for our son, reading from personalized books continues to be a family tradition that has brought excitement, happiness and education into our homes. Today's technology allows your child to become the
star of the story. From the moment your child opens one of our books, the magical adventure begins. Each story focuses on two important themes; instilling in your child the desire to read and increasing self-esteem.
Orders are shipped 3 times per week; Monday, Thursday and Saturday. Once your order is received it will be processed and shipped according to your order and shipping specifications.
Hand delivered orders can be paid with cash or check. If your book selection is not available we will contact you by email then phone. Please include your correct email address, day and evening phone numbers in your profile. We will add new selections and host specials continuosly, [bookmark] our site and check back at least once per month.
Membership includes a 10% discount on each book, letter or box of greeting cards you order and special email notices of promotions and new products or services. Feel free to join today, and feel secure knowing we will never sell, barter or exchange your name or other personal information to anyone or service.

Personalized books and letters can be returned for replacement only for mistakes made by Hey! It’s About Me!, within 30 days of the shipment. Mistakes made by Hey! It’s About Me! will be corrected and shipped at Hey! It’s About Me! expense. Mistakes made by a customer will be corrected at a fee of $5.00 per book, unless the product has already been returned and corrected because of a Hey! It’s About Me! error then the fee will be $2.00. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by a packing slip. If you return an item please indicate the reason on packing slip.
